The man then pretended to tie his shoe laces before approaching the girls to say hello.

As he approached the girls he laughed and pulled the small black mini skirt he was wearing up and exposed himself to the girls.

The man then ran west down Barkly Street towards Canterbury Road.

He is described as being in his mid 30’s, Caucasian, light brown hair, clean shaven, wearing a red beanie, grey top possibly a t-shirt or singlet, black socks, blue and white sports shoes and a very small black mini skirt.
