Our Services

Highway collections and events are regulated by law to ensure that they are coordinated and all relevant parties are aware of the plan to have pedestrians or bicycles on roads for special purposes unrelated to day-to-day activities. Coordination of this activity is oversighted by Victoria Police's Road Safety Awareness and Information Unit, on behalf of the Chief Commissioner. Subject to the proposed activity meeting all safety and related requirements, a permit may be issued to allow the activity to proceed lawfully.
