Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Jess Mabilia.
The 28-year-old is wanted on warrant for contravening court orders.
Mabilia is approximately 185cm tall with a medium build, blue eyes and dark hair.
He is known to frequent the Mornington Peninsula, Frankston, Bass Coast and Geelong areas.
Investigators have released an image of Mabilia in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
