Ballarat detectives discovered a treasure trove of tools in Sebastopol last night.
Officers executed a warrant on Edwards Street, to find a large cache of stolen items about 7.30pm.
Inside, police found approximately $70,000 worth of stolen goods, including ovens, windows, dishwashers, power tools, white goods, building materials and a concrete polisher.
It is believed the items are linked to several burglaries in the area across Alfredton, Delacombe and Cardigan.
