13 stolen motorbikes seized during warrants in southeastern suburbs

Casey Crime Investigation Unit detectives have charged two men and seized 13 allegedly stolen motorbikes following an aggravated burglary in Endeavour Hills last month.

Its alleged three male offenders arrived in a stolen black Mazda 3 and entered a garage at a residential property on Roycroft Court on 20 April.

The offenders allegedly stole a car, trailer, two motocross bikes, a quantity of speciality bike parts and tools.

Detectives have since executed three consecutive search warrants in Dandenong and Doveton and seized an array of items including:

  • several of the stolen motorbike parts, tools, and the trailer allegedly from the aggravated burglary
  • 13 stolen motorbikes
  • drugs
  • a firearm part
  • a stolen black Mazda 3

A 29-year-old Dandenong man was charged with theft (x7), theft of motor vehicle (x4), handle stolen goods (x2) and possess drug of dependence.

He was bailed to appear at Dandenong Magistrates Court on 27 July.

A 41-year-old Doveton man was charged with possess drug of dependence (x7) and was bailed to appear at Dandenong Magistrates Court on 29 July.

Investigations are ongoing into the incident.
