Constable charged

A constable from Eastern Region has been charged following an internal investigation.

The 19-year-old man has been charged with three counts of sexual penetration of a child under 16.

The incident is alleged to have occurred in November 2025 while he was off duty.

Another incident is alleged to have occurred in June 2025, prior to him joining Victoria Police.

He was charged and bailed to appear before a magistrates’ court at a later date.
