Fatal collision in Berwick

A man has died in hospital following a collision in Berwick on 16 September.

Emergency services were called to Lawrence Drive following reports two people were injured while attempting to park their Nissan vehicle in their residential driveway about 1.15pm.

The driver, a 72-year-old woman and passenger, a 75-year-old man, both sustained lower body injuries and were transported to hospital.

The man sadly died in hospital on 20 September.

The investigation into the cause of the crash remains ongoing.
