Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal collision which occurred in Brighton East.
Officers have been told a man riding a bike and a car collided on Nepean Highway about 10.10pm on 15 January.
Emergency crews were called to the scene and treated the yet to be identified cyclist but he could not be saved.
The woman driving the car stopped at the scene and is speaking with police.
