Fatal collision in Kaarimba

Police are investigating a fatal collision in Kaarimba this morning.

Emergency services were called to reports of a car and truck colliding on Kaarimba Road and Walshs Bridge South Road about 10.50am.

The driver of the car, who is yet-to-be formally identified, died at the scene.

The driver of the truck was not injured.

Kaarimba Road and Walshs Bridge South Road remain closed in both directions.
