Fatal collision in Monbulk

A man has died following a head-on collision in Monbulk this morning.

Emergency services were called to the Monbulk Road scene, near Monbulk-Seville Road, after reports two vehicles had collided about 9.25am.

An off-duty nurse and paramedic who were nearby provided immediate medical care however sadly the male driver and only occupant of one of the vehicles died at the scene.

A man and woman from the other vehicle involved were seriously injured and have both been air lifted to hospital.
