Fatal crash in Browns Plains

Police are investigating a fatal crash in Browns Plains this morning.

It is believed a vehicle lost control and crashed into a tree near the intersection of Chiltern-Howlong and Gooramadda roads just after 9.30am.

The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, who is yet to be formally identified, died at the scene.

The circumstances surrounding the crash are yet to be determined and an investigation remains ongoing.
