Fatal crash in Echuca

Police are investigating a single vehicle fatal crash in Echuca this morning.

Emergency services responded to reports of a car leaving the road and crashing into a drainage culvert on McKenzie Road about 4am.

The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, who is yet to be formally identified, died at the scene.

The crash is being investigated.
