A woman has died following a single vehicle crash in Hampton Park this morning.
Emergency services responded after a vehicle lost control and crashed into a tree near Hallam and Pound roads just before 3am.
The yet-to-be identified driver and sole occupant died at the scene.
The investigation into the circumstances of the crash is ongoing.
