Fatal crash in Kaniva

Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal crash in Kaniva this morning.

Emergency services were called to Broughton Road following reports a car had crashed into a tree about 7am.

The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, a 32-year-old Kaniva man, died at the scene.

The exact circumstances surrounding the crash are yet to be determined and an investigation is ongoing.
