Fatal crash in Maryborough

Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal motorcycle crash in Maryborough.

Officers were called to the vicinity of Elgin and Phelan roads about 7.20am on 23 April after a male rider was located deceased along with his motorcycle.

It is believed the crash occurred sometime overnight and involved the 36-year-old rider from Cobram losing control of the bike and it running off the road.
