Fatal crash at Waggarandall

Police are investigating a single-vehicle fatal crash in Waggarandall early this morning.

Emergency services were notified a vehicle had left the road and struck a tree near the intersection of Katandra Main and Evans roads at 5.48am.

The yet to be formally identified male driver, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle, died at the scene.

Investigations into the circumstances surrounding the incident remain ongoing.
