Emergency services responded to a fire inside a unit in Frankston this afternoon.
It’s believed witnesses called Triple Zero (000) with reports that a unit on Franklin Court was engulfed in flames about 4pm.
During the evacuation of the property, a yet-to-be-identified person was located deceased inside.
No one else was injured during the blaze.
The exact circumstances surrounding the incident are yet to be determined.
