Port Phillip Crime Investigation Unit detectives have charged a further two people following an alleged assault and robbery on St Kilda Pier last year.
The charges follow an alleged incident where a group of people approached a man near Pier Road about 1pm on Thursday, 18 December.
The victim, a 34-year-old man on holiday from Norway, was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
It is alleged his phone was also stolen and later thrown into the water nearby.
Detectives executed two search warrants yesterday at properties in Hillside and Coolaroo.
A 19-year-old woman and a 17-year-old male were then arrested in Fraser Rise and St Kilda.
The woman from Hillside was interviewed and charged with affray, assault in company, assault by kicking and common law assault.
She was bailed to appear before Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on 8 July.
The teenager from Coolaroo was charged with affray, recklessly causing injury and assault in company.
He was bailed to appear before Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on 19 January.
A 19-year-old man previously self-presented at a police station on 24 December.
He was charged with assault, intentionally causing injury, robbery, affray and theft.
The man from Deer Park was bailed to appear at Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on 8 July 2026.
The investigation remains ongoing.
Police believe at least one offender remains outstanding at this stage.
