Homicide Squad investigate Cobram death

Homicide Squad detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a woman in Cobram this morning.

Officers were called to a home in Christie Avenue around 5am following reports a 32-year-old woman had been found deceased.

A 45-year-old man, known to the woman, has been arrested.

Detectives from the Homicide Squad are headed to the scene and will interview the man in relation to the woman’s death.

Two young children inside the address were not physically injured during the incident.
