Man charged after electronic tracking devices found on vehicles in Frankston

Frankston Crime Investigation Unit detectives have charged a man after electronic tracking devices were allegedly placed on cars in Frankston.

It is alleged the devices were located on several vehicles in the Frankston area between June and September this year.

As part of the investigation, police yesterday arrested a 65-year-old Frankston man.

Detectives subsequently executed a search warrant at an address on Tantani Street.

The Frankston man has been charged with stalking (x4), prohibited person possess firearm and prohibited person possess weapon.

He will appear before the Melbourne Bail and Remand Court today.
