Man charged following Bundoora homicide

Missing Person Squad detectives have charged a 40-year-old man with murder after the body of a man was located in Bundoora earlier this week.

The deceased, who is yet to be formally identified, was located at a McLeans Road address about 9.45am on Thursday 8 May.

A 51-year-old Bundoora woman and a 40-year-old Bundoora man were arrested at the scene.

The woman was interviewed by detectives and released.

The Bundoora man was charged overnight with one count of murder.

He will appear before the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court today.
