Wodonga Crime Investigation Unit detectives have charged a man following a series of alleged arsons in Wodonga this month.
A 28-year-old man from Wodonga was arrested by investigators at an address in Wodonga on 24 April.
He was charged with criminal damage by fire (Arson x6) and possess controlled weapon.
The charges follow six alleged arson incidents targeting council bins between 1 and 24 of April in and around the Wodonga area.
He was bailed to the Wodonga Magistrates’ Court on 15 September.
