Homicide Squad Detectives have charged a man following the death of a man in St Albans early this morning.
A man was located with life-threatening-injuries at a property on Belfort Street just after 12.30am.
A 56-year-old St Albans man was hospitalised but died a short time later.
A 31-year-old St Albans man was arrested at the scene.
He has been charged with murder and is expected to face Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on 19 October.
