The Road Fatality Review Panel have reviewed and included a recent death onto the current lives lost tally.
Ambulance crews were called to an incident in Errol Street, West Melbourne about 10.45pm on 28 September where it is believed an 18-year-old man rendered himself unconscious after falling off the back of a tram.
He was taken to hospital where he later died.
Police were not notified of the incident at the time but have since investigated the matter and a report has been prepared for the Coroner.
