A man has died in hospital following a crash in Wheelers Hill last month.
Emergency services responded to reports a car crashed into a fence and retaining wall before subsequently hitting a tree on Shiralee Court on 26 April just before 7pm.
The driver and sole occupant, an 81-year-old Wheelers Hill man, was taken to hospital with serious injuries where he later died.
A report will be prepared for the coroner.
