Man located with injuries in Cobblebank

Police are investigating after a man was located with serious injuries in Cobblebank this morning.

Officers were called to Western Freeway, west of Mount Cottrell Road, following a report of an injured man found on the side of the road about 7am.

The unidentified man was conveyed to hospital with life-threatening-injuries.

A crime-scene has been established while the circumstances surrounding the man’s injuries are investigated.

Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives are en route to the scene.
