Latrobe Crime Investigation Unit detectives are appealing for public assistance after a burglary at a commercial premises in Hazelwood North last month.
Investigators have been told unknown offenders attended the business on Bonds Lane about 5am on 5 June.
They broke into the property and stole a distinctive ‘Furphy’ water cart.
Investigators have released images of the stolen cart and of a man and a vehicle seen in the area at the time.
Officers believe the man may be able to assist them with their enquiries.
