Police investigate after 20 vehicles damaged in Preston

Preston police officers are investigating after 20 vehicles were damaged in Preston last week.

Officers were told an unknown man sprayed graffiti on 20 parked vehicles on Murray Road and William Street between 3.30pm and 4.30pm on 4 September.

It is understood the man used spray paint to write the word ‘dog’ on each vehicle.

The total value of the damage is estimated to be about $10,000.

Investigators have released CCTV and images of a man who may be able to assist with their enquiries.

The man is perceived to be Caucasian in appearance, aged in his 20s, with a medium build and short, dark hair.

He was wearing a brown cap, and a blue, black and white tracksuit hoody.
