Police investigate Epping death

Homicide detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a woman in Epping earlier this evening.

Emergency services were called to reports of a woman found unresponsive at a property in Gottloh Street about 5.50pm.

The yet to be formally identified woman has died at the scene.

A crime scene has been established, and the investigation remains ongoing.

Her cause of death is yet to be determined at this stage of the investigation, but the death is being treated as suspicious.
