Homicide Squad detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding the fatal shooting of a man in Strathtulloh overnight.
Police were called to reports of a man with critical injuries in the street at the intersection of Snipe Drive and Spadefoot Place about 12.40am.
Investigators believe two men, a 36-year-old and a 63-year-old, attended the location, before an argument broke out with a third male, and several shots were discharged.
Emergency services worked on the 36-year-old man, but he died at the scene.
The third man fled the scene and remains outstanding.
Police believe the parties involved were known to each other.
