Police search for missing man Hong

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate missing man Hong.

The 85-year-old was last seen on Corowa Crescent, Burnside about 8am on 27 December.

Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to his diagnosis of dementia.

He has a slim build and is approximately 153cm tall.

Hong was last seen wearing a blue and grey Adidas jacket, with a second black jacket underneath, a blue t-shirt, grey tracksuit pants and light brown slippers.

It’s believed he may be using public transport or travelling on foot.

Hong has an approachable demeanour, and his first language is Vietnamese.

Police have shared an image of Hong in the hopes that someone may have information on his whereabouts.
