Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Michael.
The 66-year-old is believed to be driving a red Ford Falcon with registration 2CW-6HC.
The car was last seen in the Eltham area on 6 November.
Family and police have concerns for his welfare due to a medical conditions.
Investigators have released an image of Robert in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Michael or with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Greensborough Police Station on (03) 8432 0200.
