Police search for missing woman Yun

Police are appealing for public assistance as they search for missing Dandenong woman Yun.

The 39-year-old, also known as Michelle, was reported missing on 30 June.

It’s been established the last confirmed sighting of Yun was on 1 July in a foreshore carpark on the corner of Rennison Street and Beach Road in Parkdale, where she was seen walking towards the beach, about 5.45pm.

Officers located and recovered her vehicle in the carpark last night.

Police and family are concerned for Yun’s welfare as her disappearance is out of character.

She is usually in regular contact with family members in China, who have not heard from her since 30 June.

Air Wing, Water Pollice and uniform officers are continuing to search the foreshore and surrounding area today.

Yun is Asian, about 170cm tall with dark brown hair and no tattoos.
