Search for missing man Hoey Kou (David)

Police are urgently seeking public assistance to help locate missing 96-year-old Bulleen man David.

David was last seen in Victoria Street in Bulleen on 8 May around 3.30pm.

Police and family have serious concerns for David’s welfare due to a medical condition and the length of time he has been missing.

David is perceived as Asian in appearance, with a thin build, balding grey hair and possibly wearing a suit.

It is believed David may have been in the Melbourne CBD and Lilydale areas on 10 May.

He may be travelling in his silver 2004 Toyota Camry sedan with registration TGC818.

David does not have his mobile phone with him and he may be disorientated.
