Transit Division Response Unit detectives are appealing for public assistance after over $1,000,000 worth of equipment was stolen in Albion last month.
Investigators have been told a man attended the railway station carpark on Sydney Street sometime between 7pm on 20 March and 7am on 21 March.
It is believed he cut through a wire fence to access a construction site and access shipping containers.
Specialised drilling equipment and tools were stolen with the items stolen exceeding $1,000,000 in value.
Investigators have released images and CCTV of a man they believe may be able to assist with their enquires.
