Two arrested following Traralgon death

Homicide Squad detectives have arrested a man and woman following the death of a man in Traralgon this morning.

Officers were called to a welfare check at a property on Gwalia Street just before 1am.

The yet-to-be-identified man was located deceased inside the property.

The man’s death is being treated as suspicious.

Police have since arrested a 29-year-old Traralgon woman and 64-year-old Traralgon man in relation to the incident and they both remain in custody where they will be interviewed.

It is believed the parties are known to each other.
