Two dead, two fighting for life after Briagolong crash

Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives are investigating a fatal crash at Briagolong this afternoon.

Emergency services were called to reports of the single vehicle crash on Briagolong Road about 3.45pm.

Two people were located deceased at the scene.

Paramedics are treating a woman and female child at the scene; both are in a life-threatening condition.

All four occupants of the vehicle are yet to be formally identified.

The exact circumstances surrounding the crash are yet to be determined and investigations remain ongoing.
