Victoria Police is offering a reward of up to $100,000 for information leading to the apprehension and conviction of those responsible for the 1998 murder of Wido Budzynski.

Wido Budzynski, of Winchelsea, was found dead at his home in Buckley School Road, by a neighbour on 9 December 1998.

He suffered extensive head injuries, believed to be caused by a blunt instrument.

Homicide Squad detectives are seeking public assistance to help identify the person/s responsible for his death.

The reward will be paid at the discretion of the Chief Commissioner of Victoria Police.
