Code of Conduct
The Victoria Police Code of Conduct – professional and ethical standards provides the basis for our professional practice and defines the expected standards of behaviour and conduct.
Policies and procedures
Victoria Police policies and procedures are published in the Victoria Police Manual (VPM).
The VPM sets the behavioural, operational and administrative standards for the organisation.
It is divided into:
- policy rules, which provide mandatory accountabilities, and
- supporting procedures and guidelines.
