Victoria Police is proud to serve a diverse community.
We aim to welcome and retain more people from diverse backgrounds. This helps ensure that our workforce reflects the range of backgrounds and experiences we see in the Victorian community.
We have developed a Workforce Diversity and Inclusion Framework, supported by four action plans.
Each action plan focuses on a diversity portfolio where we will provide unique support:
